The response from the literary world has been swift. In particular, the Chicago Review of Books has stated that they will not review any Simon & Schuster titles in 2017.

This is a good start, but not enough. I would urge you to consider emailing Milo’s new imprint’s publicity department at GalleryPublicity@SimonandSchuster.com, and also the publishers who oversee the Gallery imprint at Louise.Burke@simonandschuster.com and Irene.Lipsky@simonandschuster.com.

If you do, as always, please keep the discussion civil and respectful. At the very least, urge them to reconsider whether it is worthwhile to give validation by way of a book deal to the so-called alt-right.
